My name is Whitley. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work degree in 2018 and my Master of Social Work degree in 2026. My professional experience includes working with adults and geriatric populations within the mental health field.
I am passionate about empowering individuals to grow personally and professionally within the helping professions. With eight years of experience as a Licensed Social Worker and a strong background in mental health, I bring a compassionate, person-centered approach to supporting individuals through growth and professional development.
In addition to my direct practice experience, I have spent five years supervising social work interns. I value the opportunity to mentor emerging professionals, help them build confidence in their abilities, and guide them as they navigate the transition from student to practitioner. My approach to supervision and professional development is grounded in encouragement, accountability and the belief that growth happens when people are supported in recognizing and using their strengths.
