Dr. Douglas is a licensed clinical social worker, educator, and consultant with extensive experience in clinical practice, supervision, and social work education. She has been practicing for 14 years. She teaches graduate and undergraduate social work courses and specializes in clinical documentation, ethical practice, and culturally responsive care. She is passionate about helping clinicians build confidence, clarity, and competence in their work with clients and within their professional roles.
