    My Story

For the past six years, I have been working with individuals, couples, and families to help them become the best versions of themselves. By providing you with the necessary tools to make positive changes in your life, we can address the issues that weigh you down and help you lead a happier life. My work is founded on building a strong relationship with you and creating a space of authenticity and comfort. I can help you gain a deeper understanding and acceptance of yourself and your relationships. I am also a certified Clinical Trauma professional.

I believe with the right approach, any person can prevail through their struggles and come out with positive change. I am passionate about supporting BIPOC and 2SLGTBQIA+ individuals who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, identity exploration and development, trauma, and navigating the stressors of life as someone with intersections of identity. When we partner together you will find non-judgmental listening, caring support, and a healthy dose of honest feedback and challenges to help you achieve your goals.

I work from different theoretical backgrounds of therapy. One-size-fits-all doesn’t apply to my approach to therapy. My therapeutic approach prioritizes acceptance, non-judgment, and growth by drawing evidence-based practices with holistic/alternative frameworks. My commitment is to you and the changes that you want to make. This process will always involve collaboration and respect, and it will affirm your values and beliefs. It’s your life! Why not live it to its highest potential?

I currently accept all insurances listed on our website for the states of Georgia and Florida. I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor.
