    My Story

Over the past 6 years, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families to aid them in reaching the embodiment of themselves. By empowering you with the resources needed to make positive changes in your life by unpacking those bags that weigh you down, you can live more happily. My work is founded on our relationship and creating a space of authenticity and comfort. I can help to deepen your understanding and acceptance of yourself and your relationships.

I believe with the right approach, any person can prevail through their struggles and come out with positive change. I am passionate about supporting BIPOC and 2SLGTBQIA+ individuals who may be experiencing depression, anxiety, identity exploration and development, trauma, and navigating the stressors of life as someone with intersections of identity. When we partner together you will find non-judgmental listening, caring support, and a healthy dose of honest feedback and challenges to help you achieve your goals.

I work from different theoretical backgrounds of therapy. One-size-fits-all doesn’t apply to my approach to therapy. My therapeutic approach prioritizes acceptance, non-judgment, and growth by drawing evidence-based practices with holistic/alternative frameworks. My commitment is to you and the changes that you want to make. This process will always be a collaboration, respectful, and affirming of your values and beliefs. It’s your life! Why not live it to its highest potential?
