Hello, my name is Ms. Jasmine C. Davis, LMSW. I am a mental health therapist, community advocate, and social worker.I have been working with the youth population and families since 2013. My expertise is in providing individual therapy for the youth population. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist with providing tools to bring positive changes in negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I assist with building self-esteem and self-confidence to develop growth. Working with youth for 9 years taught me that building trust and showing transparency will allow youth to become more open to receiving help.
I am passionate about providing a supportive therapeutic relationship for adolescents and young adults, ages ranging from 13 to 21. My goal is to provide services to youth struggling with navigating life challenges and mental health issues such as: Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, Trauma, and Anger Management. I provide a non-judgmental safe space for youth to explore their emotions, develop positive coping skills, problem-solving skills, identify their strengths and process their feelings.
